    ### Job Duties

    1. Data Collection & Optimization: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business operations; Apply machine learning algorithms, statistical inference, and time-series forecasting to identify trends and predict business outcomes; Utilize optimization techniques to improve business operations and resource allocation.

    2. Data Analyze Modeling & Decision Support: Develop and supply optimal time, cost, and logistics networks for program evaluation, review, and implementation; Develop decision support software, services, or products that enhance business operations; Utilize operations research techniques to guide company leadership in strategic business decisions.

    3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Analytics: Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) and external stakeholders, including customers and independent contractors, to understand business challenges and develop solutions; Design and execute reporting dashboards and data visualization tools to communicate findings and provide real-time insights for decision-making; Automate data collection and reporting processes to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Master’s degree in Operations Research, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
