    Senior Project Manager Role available immediately for leading Construction Software organization in Norwalk, CT!

    Description

    • Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale, cross-functional projects.

    • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

    • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budget forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies.

    • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

    • Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior leadership.

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution.

    • Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation and contingency plans as needed.

    • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing process enhancements.

    • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

    • Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.

    • 7+ years of experience in project management, including leading large, complex projects.

    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to scope.

    • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP).

    • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA).

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
