Job Title: Leasing Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Leasing Contract Specialist to support multiple locations with the preparation, review, and management of lease agreements. This role demands a strong understanding of legal terminology and contract language, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

+ Draft, review, and revise commercial lease agreements and related documents for multiple properties.

+ Interpret and apply legal language to ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.

+ Coordinate with property managers, legal counsel, and external landlords to facilitate lease negotiations and approvals.

+ Track lease terms, renewal dates, and critical deadlines to ensure timely execution while maintaining organized records of all lease documentation and correspondence.

+ Identify and escalate potential legal or operational risks within lease agreements.

+ Assist in the development and implementation of standardized leasing procedures across locations.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in lease administration, contract management, or real estate operations.

+ Strong grasp of legal jargon and ability to interpret complex lease language.

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

+ High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease management software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Paralegal certification or legal experience.

+ Experience supporting multi-site operations.

+ Familiarity with commercial real estate laws and leasing practices.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $45.00/hr.
