Description

Participate in a variety of HR processes such as such as organizational development and effectiveness, performance management, staffing, training initiatives, career development, compensation and positive employee relations.

• Provide guidance and coaching to manager and employees on HR policies and processes to provide consistent handling of employee situations and performance management.

• Anticipate, identify and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues and performance management consulting.

• Act as internal consultant, identifying and partnering with others as appropriate, in addressing issues (e.g. employee morale, interpersonal problems, work conditions, etc.).

• Provide counsel and facilitate conflict resolution to address issues for both employees and managers.

• Conduct HR orientation for newly hired employees, working in partnership with managers and other functional groups to ensure an effective on- boarding process.

• Partner with HR team on employee data transactions so that employee leaves, payroll and benefit administrations are accurate and timely.

• Manage and maintain employee files according to document retention policy.

You Should:

• Have earned at least a Bachelor's Degree (B.A.,B.S.) or equivalent in human resources, business or related field.

• Have 3+ years of experience in human resources

• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws, leave administration and workers compensation practices, human resources theory, practices and legal requirements to act as a subject matter expert to business groups

• Ability to build relationships, establish credibility and influence all levels of the organization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
