    •️ What You’ll Do

    + Support global engineering learning initiatives that drive strategic development.

    + Partner with product development teams to design and deliver impactful training programs.

    + Help build key competencies across the organization through engaging learning solutions.

    + Use your creativity and organizational skills to turn ideas into structured, effective plans.

    • What We’re Looking For

    + Experience: 2+ years in learning & development, training, or project management.

    + Communication: Strong presentation, writing, and speaking skills tailored to different audiences.

    + Collaboration: A team player who builds trust, fosters relationships, and aligns goals across departments.

    + Project Management: Able to plan, track, and communicate project progress using the right tools.

    + Tech Savvy: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables), Word, SharePoint, and OneNote.

    + Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

    + Learning Enthusiast: Passionate about education and professional development.

    • Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

    + Experience in automotive learning & development.

    + Familiarity with Ariba and SharePoint.

    • Education

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.32 - $29.00/hr.
