Overview: The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible to support a variety of supply chain operational execution activities from logistics execution, generating transportation documents, assisting with inventory reconciliation and management, managing purchase orders in our ERP system, and reconciling information trackers. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities: Create and manage purchase orders and sales orders in our SAP ERP system. Update order tracking details in Excel based files. Work with internal stakeholders, CMOs and Partners to document and communicate delivery schedule updates. Assist with Inventory Movements within SAP ERP system Perform reconciliation of Inventory between client's SAP ERP system and partners ERP system . Perform Goods Receipts within the SAP ERP system Interface with a diverse internal team across Clinical, Manufacturing, and Quality functions as well as external partners to support the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities. Coordinate activities with transportation carriers, Customs Brokers and importers. Documenting and monitoring the on time and in-full delivery of product to delivery points Research import/export requirements by country and transport lane. Review and ensure all necessary documentation are prepared and coordinated between 3rd party ship sites, CMOs, depots and sites Understand record keeping requirements and ensure compliance for all transport lanes. Monitor critical shipments across each leg of transport Reports shipping incidents with Quality Assurance. Assists in the administration of the Transportation Management System (TMS) for Commercial and Clinical Supplies as required. Review billing invoices for payment. Apply for Import or Export permits as needed. Stay informed of global regulatory changes and updates related to international trade to ensure compliance. Represent Supply Chain in meetings. Provide visibility of shipping status through reports to keep the relevant stakeholders informed. IRT management Perform returns and reconciliation actions of Investigational Product

Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of supply chain experience; and BS/BA degree in related discipline Experience: Knowledge of Export & Import Documentation Requirements. Understanding of GxP(GMP, GLP, GCP) in relation to transportation and materials management. Experience with SAP a plus Dangerous Goods Shipping Hazmat Awareness/Certification a plus Strong Microsoft Office Skills; specifically, in Spreadsheets and Outlook Knowledge/Skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints. Strong communication skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
