Stryker Joint Replacement Division Hip Business Unit is currently seeking a **Senior** **Engine** **er, Product Development** (PD) to support the Hip Business Unit. This is a hybrid position based in Mahwah, NJ.
As the **Senior Engineer** , you’ll play a key role in developing advanced components and systems for joint replacement solutions.

What You Will Do
+ Research, design, and verify components/modules for medical devices with minimal supervision
+ Translate design inputs into engineering specifications and sub-system level designs
+ Prototype and analyze solutions to validate concepts
+ Apply engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Marketing teams
+ Create and refine engineering documentation, including Design History Files
+ Ensure compliance with design controls and risk management per our Quality Management System
+ Support project success through ownership, prioritization, and effective communication
What You Need
Required
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical preferred)
+ Minimum 2 years of engineering experience
Preferred
+ Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design practices
+ Proficiency in creating engineering drawings and models using GD&T and CAE tools
+ Experience applying materials and manufacturing knowledge to product design
+ Ability to clearly communicate technical plans and concepts to cross-functional teams
$92,600.00 - $148,400.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
