Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care in Somerville as the Program Director - Intensive Family Services!
Our amazing Intensive Community Services (ICS) team provides in-home intensive clinical case management and treatment for children enrolled in DMH Services who are at risk for out-of-home placement. The Team provides home-based clinical case management, including family work, case management services, brief respite, and one-on-one support for family members.
The Program Director manages the clinical and administrative functions of the Intensive Community Services.
The Director will supervise a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership and consultation regarding further developing and implementing our clinical model.
Salary:
+ $75,500.00/year for unlicensed/LCSW clinicians
+ $78,500.00/year for independently licensed clinicians (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
+ Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Required Skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Creativity and flexibility are strongly preferred
Required Experience
+ Master's in Social Work or other mental health discipline required
+ LICSW, LCSW or LMHC required
+ A minimum of five years post-Master’s level experience in providing home-based family therapy and wraparound services
+ Prior supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership capacities
