    We are looking for a Sr. Financial Compliance Analyst to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

    The purpose of the Sr. Financial Compliance Analyst role within Agricultural Solutions’ Financial Compliance function is:

     

    Overseeing APN financial risk controls (FRC). Key responsibilities include ensuring the effectiveness of current controls, designing new ones for changing business practices, and facilitating stakeholder communication.

     

    You will manage monthly cash liquidity forecasting in collaboration with regional and global Treasury teams, implement an algorithm-based forecasting model, and create a central portal for Financial Compliance responsibilities. Additional duties involve auditing expenses, supporting M&A and project analyses, and leading initiatives that expand the function’s scope.

     

    As a Sr. Financial Compliance Analyst, you create chemistry by...

     

    + Oversee all aspects of APN financial risk controls (FRC). Ensuring current controls are still meaningful, designing new controls to ensure new business practices and guideline changes are captured, active stakeholder communication to better understand processes that may impact financials, leading tutorials and education on annual requirements, changes, timelines and deliverables.

    + Lead all aspects and preparation of monthly cash liquidity forecasting, in collaboration with business units, Treasury and Credit Teams. Implementing the new to APN algorithm-based forecasting model.

    + Financial Compliance (Expense spending, direct payments, asset management, P-card, FI 2 MM, ad hoc requests).

    + Design, implement and manager handbooks and a central portal for all current and future Financial Compliance responsibilities, key links, essential Financial Compliance resources, policies and best practices.

    + APN lead that supports internal and external audits through documentation, data gathering, and issue resolution.

    + Support functions and the business’s M&A, Divestment and Project analysis, including building NPV analysis, reviewing the proposed models for financial viability, and presenting analysis to senior leadership.

    + Contributing to cross-functional and ad-hoc projects that enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

     

    If you...

     

    + Hold a Bachelor’s degree (CMA, MBA or CPA strongly preferred).

    + Have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, compliance or analytical roles.

    + Bring demonstrated expertise in financial risk management, compliance, analytical projects, business economic evaluations, and/or financial model development.

    + Possess prior audit experience (highly desirable).

    + Can communicate effectively across functions and business units, with strong presentation and people skills.

    + Have an entrepreneurial drive and a proven ability to lead process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.

    + Are skilled in identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

    + Have Power BI dashboard creation and website development experience or desire to learn.

    + Understand internal controls, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX), and audit methodologies.

    + Can operate in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment that demands agility, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

    + Are comfortable making independent decisions within defined parameters and escalating only complex or high-impact issues.

    + Are able to travel up to 10%, domestically and internationally.
