Job Summary
The Department of Chemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder welcomes applications for a Temporary Researcher. Researcher will be developing protocols to sample the conformation ensemble and kinetic connectivity for intrinsically disordered proteins using a mixture of state-of-the-art artificial learning techniques, molecular dynamics simulations, and kinetic models like Markov State Model and our group's noise-resilient, integrated generalized master equation, UGME. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
+ Generate simulation data, analyze it, interpret it, produce presentations on it.
+ Disseminate the knowledge generated via peer-reviewed publications.
What We Can Offer
The hiring rate for this position is $25 per hour.

What We Require
+ A bachelor's degree in chemistry.
+ Experience in coding in Python, molecular dynamics simulations, AlphaFold, and kinetic analysis.
