Description

- Prepare calendar for new studies / participants

- Teach patients about studies / extra pair of hands – assist with studies

- Prepare study documents – instrumentation

- Will always run the meeting including planning the study, running the study, creating the paperwork, etc.

- In charge of getting the patients consents and questionnaires prior to them leaving the study.

- This job does include a lot of data entry or copying and pasting information from past studies.

- Will work closely with the recruitment team and investigator.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Customer Service is a MUST

- Must be able to work in fast paced environment and multi-task - Flexible, patient, and on your feet (not a desk job)

- Needs to be flexible as there is always something new and their tasks can change throughout the day.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel and Outlook and Word

- Degree in a science / healthcare related field preferred but not necessary

- Teachable

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
