• Field Service Technician

    Description

    This role is responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in the field.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.

    + Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigerant cycles.

    + Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

    + Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $115000.00/yr.

     

    This is an hourly paid role. Direct placement. Guaranteed raise of $4/hr for the next 2 years. ElitAire pays fringe benefits on top of hourly pay.Company car, gas card, all tools provided.Relocation package for out of state candidates
