    TEKsystems has a 4 month remote contract for an Oracle HCM Time and Labor module senior consultant.

     

    Our customer is hiring a senior Oracle HCM Business Partner / Solution Architect to assist with the implementation of the Time and Labor module. The right person will have a Solution Architect type of background and deep knowledge of Oracle HCM - specifically the Time and Labor module.

     

    The consultant will understand how modules are configured, and be able to execute testing. The consultant will also ensure the SI/implementation partner is staying on track with their development and configuration efforts, will help organize the testing, and be able to jump in and be hands on if needed, etc.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    - deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Time and Labor module - functional solution architect type of experience

     

    - understanding of Oracle HCM configuration and ability to organize & execute testing

     

    - experience managing a system integrator / implementation partner

     

    - must be an expert with Time and Labor module of Oracle Cloud HCM - understand how it can impact the business process, how it's configured for an end customer, etc.

     

    - must have a great understanding of how Time and Labor module is connected to time clocks in plants or manufacturing facilities

     

    - knowledge of Accu-Time's TimeCom platform is highly desirable

     

    - knowledge of Oracle HCM Web Clock feature

     

    - understanding of how inputting time into clocks flows into the Time and Labor module, then into ADP for payroll

     

    - MUST have a great understanding of how the business process is impacted when Oracle Time and Labor module is impacted, but able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders as well as the implementation partner.

     

    This role is currently funded through 12/31/25 and the project will most likely conclude in Q1 of 2026. The project will impact users in North America (mostly in U.S.).

    Required Experience from formal Job Description:

    8-10 years of IT experience with significant focus on HR systems and digital transformation

     

    Experience leading global HRIS and compliance technology implementations, including Oracle Fusion HCM and ADP Payroll

     

    Proficient in AI/ML tools for HR analytics, chatbots, and automation

     

    Familiarity with enterprise systems including Oracle EPM, SAP, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform

     

    Skilled in Agile, ITIL, and SDLC methodologies

     

    Strong communicator with executive presence and ability to influence across functions

     

    Proven success managing vendor relationships and leading cross-functional teams

     

    Experienced in driving consensus and alignment in global environments

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $100.00/hr.
