Job Description
The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital is seeking a Program Director of Diagnostic Radiology Residency.
The Department of Radiology at Mount Sinai invites applications for a **Program Director (PD)** to lead our ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology Residency. This is a leadership role for an educator who is passionate about resident development, curriculum innovation, and program excellence within a major academic health system.

Qualifications
What You Bring
+ MD/DO; Diagnostic Radiology residency complete and ABR board certified
+ Active (or eligible) New York State license
+ Track record (or clear potential) in educational leadership and curriculum innovation
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
+ Ongoing clinical excellence in Diagnostic Radiology

Our Diagnostic Radiology Residency blends formal teaching, hands-on experience, and subspecialty training. Residents rotate at The Mount Sinai Hospital (primary site) with elective options at Mount Sinai Queens and close collaboration with Mount Sinai West—all connected by the same enterprise systems for a harmonized educational experience and easy access to a broad portfolio of pathology. Compensation & Benefits
+ Competitive compensation package. Actual compensation considers experience, subspecialty, productivity, and program needs. Comprehensive benefits package also provided.
Compensation range from 400K to 500K (not including bonuses, incentive compensation or benefits)

+ **Curriculum & Quality:** Oversee annual curriculum design, review, and improvement; ensure ACGME compliance and a high-quality learning environment.
+ **Resident Experience:** Lead orientation and supervision standards; uphold policies that foster safety, wellness, and professional growth.
+ **Program Advancement:** Drive evaluation, accreditation readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ **Collaborative Leadership:** Partner with the Vice Chair of Education, Associate/Assistant PDs at Mount Sinai Hospital, and affiliate PDs (Mount Sinai West; IR/DR) as a key member of the Residency Leadership Team; report activities to the Vice Chair of Education.
