Group Finance Managers in our team help us transform the way we measure business performance, manage resources, and lead financial activities using business intelligence, modeling, and analytics. As a Group Finance Manager - Copilot, you will have a unique opportunity to use your insights and strategic thinking to partner with leaders on financial analysis, financial decisions and investments, and process transformation projects.
We are looking for a Group Finance Manager - Copilot with proficient modeling and analytical skills combined with a good executive presence. The ideal Group Finance Manager - Copilot will be able to dive into the details and understand the key drivers as well as effectively communicate results/drivers to business partners including executives. The Group Finance Manager - Copilot will also exhibit curiosity, is a fast learner and has a passion to understand the business models and drivers in our Consumer business and products.

Responsibilities
Prioritize
+ Analyze current and future financial performance across products and segments, supporting strategic decisions through modeling and scenario planning.
+ Contribute to annual planning and forecasting cycles, including insights that inform adjusted forecasts and investment prioritization.
+ Support monthly close and reporting cycles, preparing financial summaries and variance analyses that highlight key drivers and trends.
+ Leverage Copilot for Finance capabilities to accelerate reconciliation, variance identification, and data preparation workflows.
Partnership
+ Serve as a trusted finance advisor to engineering, marketing, and product teams, supporting decisions on monetization, pricing, and campaign ROI.
+ Apply foundational knowledge of Microsoft financial systems and business models to deliver insights and drive accountability across KPIs such as monthly active usage (MAU), monthly protected users (MPU), and Copilot attach rates.
+ Improve reporting and forecasting processes through automation and integration of financial systems with M365 collaboration tools like Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
+ Communicate results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including executive audiences, using structured analysis and visual storytelling.
Protect
+ Ensure compliance with financial policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements through rigorous review and documentation.
+ Support audit readiness and policy adherence across financial processes, recommending improvements and corrective actions where needed.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ years experience in a matrix-based organization
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
+ OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft financial systems and tools (e.g., MS Sales, Mercury, Plancast, MSRA) preferred.
+ Proficient prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skills
+ Demonstrated maturity, drive for results, and impact orientation
+ Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven executive presence
Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
