Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH’s Retail Wireless – Gen Mobile is hiring! This fun, passionate, and rapidly growing team is working hard to shape the future of connectivity with DISH Wireless! Based out of sunny El Segundo California, as an Administrative Assistant, you will be handling various office support and administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who wants to help with office organization and daily administrative operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
+ This is a **100% in-office position** located in El Segundo, CA.
+ Support executives with administrative tasks, acting as a backup contact among employees, clients, and external partners as needed
+ Assist with planning and coordinating events, including picking up and delivering materials and supplies
+ Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including managing supplies, cleanliness, and daily operational tasks
+ Onboard new hires by setting up computers, desks, and telephone systems, and organizing electronic file systems
+ Respond promptly to office needs, oversee mail and email correspondence, and greet and direct visitors
+ Perform additional administrative tasks, including assisting with requests from DISH headquarters and supervising executives
+ Support office administrative tasks including cleaning and tidying common areas (kitchen, break room, meeting rooms), greeting visitors and providing assistance, managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintaining office equipment and reporting any issues, and making coffee and restocking coffee supplies
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Minimum three years relevant experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Administrator
+ AA required, Bachelor preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Personable, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and skilled in documenting operational and technical information
+ Strong time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
+ Experience working on cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
+ Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $67,454.00/Year - $89,815.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
