    Job Duties and Responsibilities

     

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented** **Program Manager** **to support the quarterly go-to-market (GTM) strategic planning process for our wireless business. In this role, you will provide program management support to ensure GTM initiatives are coordinated, tracked, and executed on schedule. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Manager, who leads the planning and execution process, as well as cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations.

     

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in bringing structure to complex initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables, and supporting alignment across multiple stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Quarterly GTM Planning & Execution Support

    + Partner with the Senior Manager to support quarterly GTM strategic planning and execution across wireless teams

    + Build and maintain planning tools, timelines, and calendars to ensure visibility into milestones and deliverables

    + Track dependencies, progress, and deliverables to keep initiatives on schedule

    + Flag risks, issues, or gaps to the Senior Manager, providing recommendations to maintain alignment

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    + Support coordination between product, marketing, sales, channel, and finance teams during the planning process

    + Schedule and facilitate planning meetings, capturing notes, decisions, and action items

    + Maintain clear documentation of plans, updates, and changes for cross-functional stakeholders

    + Assist in preparing materials, reports, and updates for leadership review

    Program Management & Process Support

    + Manage GTM planning trackers, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility to stakeholders

    + Support the development and maintenance of playbooks, templates, and processes that make quarterly planning repeatable and efficient

    + Ensure GTM planning activities are aligned with company governance, budgets, and compliance standards

    Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

    + Track execution against KPIs and report progress to the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams

    + Collect feedback from stakeholders to improve the quarterly planning process

    + Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration

     

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

    + 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in wireless, telecom, or technology

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + This is a **100% in-office position** located in Littleton, CO

    + Familiarity with go-to-market planning, strategic programs, or cross-functional execution processes

    + Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple priorities

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

    + Experience with program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project)

    + Collaborative and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

    Salary Ranges

     

    Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
