    Job Summary

    As a Product Manager in the QuickDeposit team, you will play a key role in driving product improvements and delivering customer-focused solutions. You will manage product backlogs, define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects. Your expertise in agile methodologies, attention to detail, and ability to build strong partnerships will help deliver enhancements that meet evolving customer needs.

    Job responsibilities

    + Manage and refine product backlog items to drive value in alignment with business and stakeholder priorities.

    + Define scope and create functional and non-functional JIRA epics and user stories.

    + Collaborate with technology, design, and support teams to deliver the product vision.

    + Work with execution teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of product features.

    + Identify, communicate, and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.

    + Engage closely with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to define capabilities and experiences that meet business and consumer needs.

    + Support day-to-day operational needs of the product.

    + Track and measure initiatives and monitor product metrics.

    + Gather and analyze client and employee feedback to inform product improvements.

    + Provide guidance and support for production issues.

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

    + 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, technology consulting, or related fields.

    + Experience managing and executing product backlogs.

    + Proficiency in agile project management, including use of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Git.

    + Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively.

    + Attention to detail and ability to manage shifting business priorities.

    + Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams.

    + Well-versed in both business and technology.

    + Self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances.

    + Strong influencing, partnership, and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams.

    + Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring skills.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

    + Background in financial services, retail banking, or payments.
