Job Summary

As a Prime Finance Client Relationship Associate in the Prime Finance Services team, you will develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients, delivering innovative solutions across Equities and Derivatives. You will engage clients on new products, technology, and regulatory topics, while optimizing their portfolio and revenue opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing client experience and driving business growth through collaboration and initiative.

Job responsibilities

+ Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers at the client and strengthen existing client relationships through daily interactions, meetings, and events

+ Actively engage clients regarding new products, technology, and regulatory topics within the Prime Finance Services platform across Equities and Derivatives

+ Capitalize on client relationships to direct business and revenue-increasing opportunities

+ Utilize quantitative analysis for client metrics, balance trends, and portfolio construct to optimize balance mix, return metrics, and revenue

+ Deliver other products of the firm to clients by holistically analyzing client business

+ Assist clients in navigating evolving regulatory landscapes, market volatility, and industry changes

+ Take charge of client experience across product, technology, and operations in cash equity, fixed income, synthetic Prime Finance, and cleared derivatives

+ Lead and implement initiatives focused on improving client experience and Prime Finance Services products

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

+ 2 years of experience in prime brokerage, derivatives clearing, or related roles

+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

+ Ability to manage and build strong relationships with clients

+ Oral presentation, persuasive speaking, analytical, and negotiation skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ Experience with hedge fund clients

+ Product knowledge of Prime Finance and/or Cleared Derivatives

+ Energetic self-starter, motivated to enhance and build on current product offering

+ Series 3, 7, and 63 preferred or willing to attain within 6 months of joining
