    + **Pay Rate: $** **2,500 ** **per week**

    + **Shift: 10hr NIGHT**

    + **Start Date: ASAP**

    + **Contract length: 13 weeks**

    Pharmacist Qualification and Requirements:

    + **NICU/Peds pharmacist specialist, no calls, TX pharmacist license, IV certification, ALS, BLS, and PALS**
