    Staff VP Infusion Sales

    **Location:** _May be located in any PulsePoint office preferably in Indianapolis, IN, Walnut Creek, CA, Denver, CO, Chicago, IL, or Mendota Heights, MN._

     

    This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement.     Summary

    Responsible for providing financial leadership, planning and decision support, and strategic consultation to Infusion leadership team.

     

    Team Scope

     

    Leader will have 8 Direct Reports

    Position Responsibilities

    + Leads Infusion leadership team in annual planning and budgeting. Leads the review of potential investment dollars needed to support strategy.

    + Develops financial controls, interfaces, and processes to ensure fiscal integrity.

    + Counsels senior Infusion leadership on ways to set and make plans through aggressive but financially controlled growth.

    + Participates in optimizing strategic initiatives and planning through challenges to cost/benefit long term investments.

    + Oversees business unit projects involving significant monetary investment.

    + Designs and executes all Infusion management processes.

    + Leads the strategic and annual planning for the business.

    + Translates complex, technical information into high-level presentations for internal and external executives.

    + Analyzes, researches, and develops complex materials and documents relating to health issues, business performance, market dynamic issues, operational issues, and general management issues.

    + Coordinates programs to enhance learning and growth opportunities for the Infusion team.

    + Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

    Position Requirements

    Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years related management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

     

    Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

     

    Master's degree preferred. 8 or more years of related experience in the Infusion pharmacy industry

     

    Ability to travel required.

     

    Preferred experience in chronic home infusion.

     

    Preferred experience in AIC and/or AIS infusion environment.

     

    Preferred experience with Sales Org Design

     

    Preferred experience with Sales Compensation Design

     

    Preferred experience with Site of Care Optimization

     

    Preferred experience with Organizational Mergers/Integrations

     

    For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $188.800.00 to $339,840.00

     

    Locations: California, Colorado, Minnesota, New York
