+ Train and coach warehouse staff on best practices for picking, packing, and shipping processes.

+ Participate in cross-functional projects related to layout optimization, packaging solutions, and supply chain transformation.

+ Analyse order, carrier, and freight-cost data to uncover waste and bottlenecks; develop dashboards and executive summaries that translate insights into actionable improvement roadmaps.

+ Working knowledge of ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP) and familiarity with transportation processes managed through a 4PL model.

+ Proficiency with Excel plus a data-visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau; able to translate raw data into actionable insights.

+ Strong communication and influence skills; comfortable directing 3PL associates and collaborating with a remote 4PL team without direct authority.

+ Understanding of domestic parcel, LTL, and truckload shipping requirements and basic export documentation

    Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in a 3PL-run facility or a technology supply chain
