**Location:** This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The **Director II AI Technology** is responsible for directing the delivery of complex AI and/or Digital products initiatives that optimize the value of artificial intelligence across the enterprise while enabling business needs including improving service and driving adoption of AI and analytics across the enterprise. Has oversight for enterprise AI and/or Digital initiatives and products.
How You Will Make an Impact
• Planning, directing, and controlling teams of resources and initiatives to drive and deliver AI strategy and objectives and requirements defined by senior technology leadership and product management.
• Responsible for identifying, curating, socializing and building cross-cutting AI enablement functions serving one or more business domains/organizations.
• Fosters pattern-oriented problem solving and building reusable components that produce measurable business impact.
• Provides product execution leadership in building both domain agnostic, and where appropriate, domain/industry specific AI driven solutions.
• Partners with cross functional leaders to execute core & edge AI solutions bringing teams from across multiple business domains and other engineering teams.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of company efforts and goals and the ability to manage budgetary constraints.
• Directs multiple teams with various capital and/or level of responsibility and complexity that is broad in scope.
• Oversees budget development and management of those budgets.
• Establishes processes, sets objectives and defines requirements in order to meet business goals.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business stakeholder.
• Partners with customers in order to understand new products requirements.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 10 years of experience providing leadership and or leading teams or projects while demonstrating technical expertise in several specific technologies required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
• Experience with leading delivery teams, large code bases, high transactional based systems are strongly preferred.
• Experience as large program leader including but not limited to business case development through final implementation strongly preferred.
• Experience with executing reusable product-based solutions, systems supporting multiple teams & initiatives is preferred.
• Experience executing initiatives involving large scale legacy systems, finding opportunities to optimize, rationalize, enhance using AI techniques is preferred.
