As the Hospital Manager, you’ll lead the business operations of our State of the Art veterinary hospital.

• Collaborate closely with our Supervisors and departmental Leaders, fostering a culture of excellence in service, teamwork, and workplace environment.

What you will be doing but not limited to:

• Accountability for the hospital profit & loss statements

• Responsibility to foster a collaborative and positive culture and work environment

• Focus on exceeding client expectations

• Oversight of Leaders/Supervisors who support approximately 60 associates including technicians, veterinary assistants, and paraprofessional staff

• Develop and grow future leaders

• Oversight and development of onboarding, training, and continuity programs

• Cultivate relationships within the veterinary community

• Support the recruitment of medical professionals

Who we are looking for:

• Prior veterinary management knowledge is a plus.

• Strong people leadership skills to develop a solid team and proven success in engaging with veterinary professionals

• Excellent analytical and organization skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Proven experience building high performing teams

• Ability to multi-task, manage stress and adapt to an environment of changing priorities in managing a bust veterinary hospital in a high demand area.

• Experienced record of generating revenue growth and ability to balance short-term needs and priorities while building for the future

Additional Information

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
