    + Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments.

    + Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (eg., AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video) and the key performer landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising.

    As a Head of Industry, you practice and embody The Google Way of Selling in both internal and customer settings. You use your broad and knowledge of advertising and the industry to identify and enable longer-term opportunities for multiple customers by leading joint business plan development, account-level strategy, annual activation plans, developing new customer relationships and new business streams. You will lead your team in delivering work including business strategy development, pitching, customer relationship growth and opportunity sizing. You will influence cross-team collaborations to support customer growth, align on opportunity/project timelines and goals and ensure "OneGoogle" solutions are presented to customers. You will also engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture and operations, making Google a better place to work.

     

    Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

     

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000-$275,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    + Engage with cross-functional talent to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that drives growth for customers and Google.

    + Build trust and excellent relationships across C-level industry stakeholders (i.e., CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, Media buyers, and Agency partners).

    + Lead an adaptive business operation in a changing and continuously evolving industry.

    + Manage and coach talent to peak performance. Advocate on behalf of your team and customers to secure the resources necessary to drive growth.

    + Develop strategies at the intersection of Google's products and our customer's businesses.
