             Job Posting: Hiring for a Receiving Clerk Hiring for a Receiving Clerk on 1st Shift to work with the Inbound Team. Monday - Friday from 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Building Incentive Plan Responsibilities + Schedule Inbound freight and process documentation and inspections. + Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal partners to schedule and maintain appointments – utilizing methods of Outlook and our WMS. + Prepare paperwork and receipt documentation for associates and remove barriers as needed. + Assess and assign priority loads as defined in partnership with department leadership. + Effectively communicate with associates and display collaboration in completing task assignments. + Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas. + Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management. + Responsible for accurately and safely completing assigned tasks. + Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization. Qualifications + A background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred. + Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures + Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it + General computer skills for basic data entry + Maintain a professional demeanor representing Ferguson with non-Ferguson employees (drivers). - Pay Range: - $15.00 - $36.50 - _Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles_** **OR** **_Hourly for all other roles._ - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
