    Job Summary:

    Assists with the day-to-day handling of customer accounts with regard to order processing, order solicitation, and general account maintenance.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Answer incoming phone calls from customers

    + Process quotes in the ERP system and send to customers

    + Convert quotes into orders

    + Identify and source buy outs with appropriate vendors

    + Input laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders

    + Enter purchase orders with vendors

    + Input material return authorizations if necessary

    + Follow up on quotations made to customers

    + Communicate with account managers regarding accounts

    + Attend monthly sales training meetings

    Position Requirements:

    + College education is preferred in a business related field

    + This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

    + Must enjoy working with and developing relationships with new people

    + Must maintain confidentiality regarding customer account specifics
