    Senior Sales Manager – Supply Chain ServicesLocation: St. Petersburg, FL

     

    The Senior Sales Manager – Supply Chain Services will lead a high-performing sales team focused on driving growth in Jabil’s semiconductor distribution business across all commercial verticals. This role is both strategic and customer-facing, responsible for new business development, account management, and building long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing account strategies, managing the sales funnel, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored supply chain solutions.

     

    What can you expect to do?

     

    + Build, lead, and develop a team of sales representatives focused on supply chain services and semiconductor distribution.

    + Train and coach the team on account attack plans, opportunity qualification, and funnel management.

    + Oversee the full sales cycle—from opportunity intake to sourcing coordination and customer response.

    + Drive new business development through strategic outreach, relationship building, and solution selling.

    + Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

    + Collaborate with internal teams (sourcing, planning, operations, finance) to align solutions with customer needs.

    + Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategy and positioning.

    + Represent Jabil in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations at local, regional, and global levels.

    + Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance tracking across the team.

     

    What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

    + 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in franchise or independent distribution of electronic components.

    + Proven leadership experience in building and managing sales teams.

    + Ability to distinguish between profitable deals and volume-driven opportunities, ensuring strategic growth and margin protection.

    + Strong understanding of supply chain services, sourcing processes, and commercial verticals.

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    + Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Willingness to travel 50% as needed.
