    Your Key Responsibilities

    + Evaluate existing production technologies, tools, and equipment to identify areas for improvement.

    + Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve overall efficiency and costs.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency.

    + Provide technical support and expertise for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures.

    + Collaborate with research and development teams to transfer new technologies from concept to production.

    + Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications.

    Your Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field)

    + 2+ years of production engineering or related experience

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

    + Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies

    + Strong analytical skills with complex problem-solving abilities

    + Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

    Preferred:

    + Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to production environments

    + Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies

    + Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation systems

    + Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
