As an **AJO Developer** you will make an impact as the lead point of contact for all AEP related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. Role & Responsibilities:
+ Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer
+ Translate business requirements into AJO journeys, including customer segmentation, journey branching,
+ Integrate AJO with AEP Real-Time CDP, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and third-party systems.
+ Build real-time decisioning and message personalization using AEP data.
+ Integrate AJO with email, SMS, push, and other communication channels.
+ Test, debug, and optimize journey workflows and message templates.
+ Troubleshoot and debug AJO applications provide technical support to development teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
+ 7+ years of relevant work experience
+ Deep understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) architecture and workflows.
+ Experience with AEP and RTCDP for data and audience integration.
+ Familiarity with email/SMS campaign execution platforms and channel integrations.
+ Strong grasp of event-driven architectures and real-time data flows.
+ Experience with personalization logic and decisioning (e.g., rules, offers).

The annual salary for this position is between **$83,250 – $132,000** depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
