At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role is $25.97 per hour. This is a Night shift position from 5pm to 5:30am

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Be able to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts

Ability to perform essential functions of the position

Must understand/adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and the safe handling practices of hazardous chemicals

Must be mechanically inclined to operate equipment

Must relate well to others

High School Diploma or GED

Six months of experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environment

Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Action oriented and the capacity to drive for results

Requires the ability to perform basic math skills and read in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position requires responsibility for all operations

pertaining to the Operation (start up and shutdown) and upkeep of freezers, sanitation duties, stacking, wrapping and finalized packaging of our product.

This includes operation of a taper, the stacking palletizer robot, and the plastic wrapping for finalization of our product.

Preferred Qualities:

Previous manufacturing experience

Experience in food or dairy industries

Effective communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment

General mechanical aptitude would be helpful
