We have an outstanding Contract position for aLead Credentialing Agentto join a leading Rapid Emergency Response Company located in theLakeland, FLsurrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
Creating and issuing identification badges to employees, visitors, and contractors, managing the associated access control systems and databases, and verifying identities and credentials to ensure facility security. Key responsibilities include handling identity documents, providing customer service, maintaining records, and sometimes coordinating with security teams and various departments to enforce access protocols.
+ Customer Service:
Serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking services at the badge office, providing information and assistance.
Key Duties
+ Performing administrative tasks such as processing applications and managing files.
+ Coordinating with other departments (e.g., HR, Security) and external vendors as needed.
+ Adhering to security policies and regulations, such as those from TSA at airports.
+ Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all record-keeping.
+ Providing support for special events or security needs as required.
Required Skills
+ Strong customer service and communication skills.
+ Proficiency with databases and access management systems.
+ Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in verification and record-keeping.
+ Ability to adapt to changing work habits and procedures.
+ Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements.
