Salary: $19 / Hour

Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping children succeed? We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as School Aides, supporting students who benefit from extra guidance in their academic and personal development.

This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to be a safe space, a motivator, and a daily source of encouragement for students who need it most.

+ Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support students with learning, behavioral, and developmental needs

+ Assist students with mobility, personal care, and therapeutic routines (training provided)

+ Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

+ Provide consistent emotional and academic support to help students feel seen, safe, and empowered

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—support provided)

+ TB screening and health clearance (per state or contract requirements)

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

+ Strong commitment to supporting children with diverse needs

+ Prior work in caregiving, homecare, after-school programs, or classroom support

+ Experience working with children, especially those with special needs

+ Exceptional patience, empathy, and communication skills

+ A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

+ Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team
