    Salary: $2450 / Week

    Start Date: ASAP – June 30, 2026

     

    Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

     

    Contract Length: 36 weeks

     

    Hours: 35 hours/week (7 hours/day)

    Position Overview:

    Lakeside Union School District is seeking a compassionate and credentialed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide school-based mental health services to K–8 students. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting a caseload of approximately 25 students across multiple school sites.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide individual and group counseling services

    + Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners

    + Support students’ social-emotional development and behavioral needs

    + Travel between school sites as needed

    Requirements:

    + Active California LCSW or LMFT license

    + Valid Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential

    + School-based experience preferred

    + Must be comfortable floating between sites

    Compensation:

    + Local Pay Rate: $75-$80/hour

    + Travel Weekly Pay: $2,800 (adjustable based on need)
