    Job Title: Behavior Technician – School Setting

     

    Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

     

    Pay: $20 - $25 based on experience

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday (during school hours); flexible shifts available

You’ll collaborate with educators and behavioral specialists to implement evidence-based interventions that help students achieve their learning and behavioral goals.

     

    This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with experience in home, clinic, or school settings as a Behavior Technician or Behavioral Interventionist, especially those trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings

    + Implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans under supervision

    + Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors

    + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors

    + Support students in developing social, communication, and academic skills

    + Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent (required)

    + At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

    + Experience working with children in home, clinic, or school settings

    + ABA training or certification (preferred but not required)

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
