    Salary: $23 / Hour

     

    Job Title: ABA Behavior Technician – School-Based

     

    Pay: Starting at $21+/hour (based on experience)

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday school hours - weekends and holidays off!

    About the Role:

    We’re hiring Behavior Technicians to support students with special needs in school settings. Ideal candidates have experience in home, clinic, or school environments and are comfortable working with a range of behaviors.

    Responsibilities:

    + Support teachers and classroom staff with behavior and instruction

    + Apply ABA strategies (e.g., prompting, identifying behavior functions)

    + Use data collection methods (e.g., frequency, duration)

    + Review IEPs/BIPs for behavior goals

    + Use visual supports (e.g., token boards, schedules)

    + Assist with toileting and hygiene routines as needed

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years as a Behavior Technician or Interventionist (preferred)

    + 2+ years ABA experience (preferred)

    + Experience with mild to severe behaviors and ABA therapy

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Must be open to fill-in per diem assignments before ongoing placement
