    Start Date: ASAP – June 10, 2026

     

    Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

     

    Setting: High School | Moderate to Severe Classrooms

     

    Type: In-Person Only

    Contract Length: Full School Year

    Hours: 37.5 hours/week

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across multiple high school sites within the Escondido Union High School District. This role includes:

     

    + Consulting with moderate/severe classroom teachers

    + Supporting the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

    + Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

    + Developing and refining BIPs

    + Providing limited direct services to students

     

    This position serves students across the full continuum of needs, from mild/moderate to moderate/severe.

    Requirements:

    + Active BCBA certification in California

    + Prior school-based experience

    + Submission must include resume, license, and a brief professional summary

    Compensation:

    + Local Pay Rate: $65-$70/hour

    + Travel Weekly Pay: $2,970
