    Position Details

    + Location: Norfolk County

    + Start Date: Immediate

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday (hours vary by school)

    + Commitment: Full academic year (2025–2026)

    + Compensation: Up to $27/hr for BTs or up to $30/hour for RBTs, based on experience

    + Certification Required: At least one year of relevant and recent experience, knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, minimum of a Bachelor's degree

    What You’ll Do

    + Deliver individualized and small group behavioral support

    + Carry out behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs

    + Foster academic growth and social-emotional development

    + Track and report behavioral data using district systems

    + Partner with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff to promote student success

    Who We’re Looking For

    + Background in ABA or behavioral support settings

    + Strong skills in de-escalation and crisis management

    + Comfortable using behavior tracking and data collection tools

    + Calm, flexible, and responsive in dynamic school environments

    + Open to working across multiple classrooms and student profiles
