    Position: Registered Nurse, Cath Lab

     

    Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

     

    Pay: $3,488/Week

    BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 10H days, 40H/week - 8-6p or 7-5p - call required - Call is 12H overnights and/or weekends. Not set minimums or Amergisums for travelers, just based on department needs. Typically looks like 2-3 call shifts overnight/week and/or 1-2 weekends/month. 30 minute response times. Education: BSN preferred Experience: Cath Lab experience required; interventional radiology experience preferred; EPIC experience required; previous travel experience preferred; proficient in balloon pumps, and who can take call for STEMI Requirements: BLS, ACLS License. Flu vaccine required during onboarding - declinations not accepted. Active MA license required at time of submission. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered (perm, per diem, contract).

     

    The RN (Cath Lab or Cardiac Cath Lab) specializes in working with patients undergoing cardiac procedures in a catheterization lab. During cardiac catheterizations, these specially trained nurses assist the medical team by monitoring the patient’s vitals, assisting with procedural sedatives, assisting doctors, technicians, nurses and the patients.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Registered Nurse with a current state license where they will be working

    + ACLS may be required by state/client contract

    + Minimum of 2 years critical care or Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
