Behavior Technician – Make a Lasting Impact in Education ???

Are you passionate about helping students reach their full potential? As a school-based Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students with special needs—providing structure, encouragement, and hands-on guidance throughout their school day.

Whether you're reinforcing positive behaviors, assisting with daily routines, or collaborating with educators, your presence helps create a safe, inclusive, and empowering learning environment. If you're dependable, patient, and purpose-driven, this opportunity is for you.

+ Pay Range: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

+ Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

+ Implement and assist with individualized learning and behavior plans

+ Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

+ Help foster a calm, consistent, and inclusive classroom environment

+ Encourage and reinforce positive behaviors and social-emotional growth

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1–2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

+ 1–2 years of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience (preferred)

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

+ Competitive hourly pay with weekly direct deposit

+ Consistent school-based schedule—no nights or weekends
