    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) South Holland, IL

    Position Overview:

    The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for conducting student evaluations, delivering therapy services, and maintaining documentation in alignment with each student’s individualized plan of care and physician’s orders.

    Position Details:

    + Caseload: 36 students across 3 classrooms

    + Age Group: Kindergarten through 2nd grade

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

    + 30-minute duty-free lunch

    + 32.5 hours/week

    + Start Date: October 27, 2025

    + Duration: 1 school year

    + Pay: $75/hr

    Weekly Schedule Highlights:

    + Primary responsibility is to support the classroom throughout the school day until 1:45 PM.

    + From 1:45 PM–3:00 PM, time is reserved for completing IEPs, evaluations, and other related responsibilities (unless a meeting is scheduled).

    + Wednesdays begin with desk time to complete outstanding work.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state/contract)

    + Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Must hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement
