    Domain: Insurance

    Role Overview:

    The Full Stack Web Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web solutions across insurance platforms. This role demands deep expertise in frontend and backend technologies cloud native architectures and integration strategies with core insurance systems. The architect will lead technical design and development efforts for digital servicing policy management and claims platforms

    Key Responsibilities:

    Define architecture for responsive secure and high performance web applications supporting insurance workflows

     

    Lead full stack development across frontend frameworks and backend services

     

    Design integration strategies with policy administration claims billing and CRM systems

     

    Establish reusable components coding standards and deployment models for enterprise grade platforms

     

    Implement cloud native solutions using containerization orchestration and serverless technologies

     

    Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements data privacy and security protocols

     

    Optimize performance scalability and reliability across distributed environments

     

    Support agile delivery models and DevOps practices including CICD pipelines and automated testing

    Required Skills:

    Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React Angular or Vue

     

    Expertise in backend frameworks including Nodejs Java Spring Boot or NET Core

     

    Strong understanding of RESTful APIs GraphQL and microservices architecture

     

    Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud

     

    Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes

     

    Deep knowledge of insurance workflows including policy issuance claims processing and customer servicing

     

    Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies

     

    Ability to design secure and compliant solutions aligned with insurance standards

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in building digital platforms for life health or general insurance

     

    Background in personalization analytics and customer journey optimization

     

    Certification in cloud architecture or full stack development frameworks

     

    Familiarity with headless CMS and APIfirst design principles

    Work Environment:

    Pay Transparency

     

    Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 145000- $ 156000 /yearly.

     

    This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

     

    Note: No amount of pay is wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
