Job Description

3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in Martech or campaign management domains

Familiarity with Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms like on Salesforce marketing cloud or Adobe campaign or Adobe target or AEP and willing to work on Naehas offer management

Strong understanding of customer segmentation personalization and campaign lifecycle

Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills

Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross functional teams

Ability to Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and nonfunctional requirements

Translate business needs into clear user stories process flows and acceptance criteria

Work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation

Participate in client workshops, support the definition of campaign, and offer strategies

Assist in UAT planning and execution ensuring solutions meet business expectations

Analyze data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations

Maintain documentation for business processes configurations and platform usage"

Salary Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to the highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 to $130000 / yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
