    As a Senior Production Planner here at Honeywell Intelligrated, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network.

     

    In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning and execution process within the SBG business, ensuring that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources while achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital.

     

    You will report directly to our Production Planning Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Lead the rough-cut capacity meetings at the site.

    + Develop and maintain the master production schedule, ensuring adherence to customer-facing dates.

    + Facilitate communication with sales and project management teams to understand the project pipeline and manage our commitments.

    + Develop and execute the monthly SIOP for the site.

    + Approval of Oracle sales orders to the ePSR project schedule needs

    + Anticipate and mitigate implications of problems and gaps to the plan and accurately communicate/escalate

    + Strategize with the broader supply chain team to level-load the plan and drive improvements in service, quality, inventory, and on-time shipment

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing setting.

    + Expertise in material control systems; proficiency in Oracle is highly valued.

    + Proven experience in building and maintaining production schedules.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex Excel calculations; knowledge of Power Query is advantageous.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

    + Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing.

    + APICS or CPIM Certification.

    + Expertise on leading/driving change and mentoring new leaders or peers.

    + Ability to challenge current manufacturing strategies to ensure the best processes are utilized.
