    CTG is seeking to fill a Document Custodian Vault Analyst opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.

     

    **Duration:** 3 months

    Overview:

    The Document Custodian Vault Analyst will be responsible for the accurate management, tracking, and safeguarding of physical and digital documents within the organization’s vault system. This role requires a detail-oriented and independent professional capable of maintaining meticulous records while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Receive, catalog, and track documents entering and exiting the vault.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all document transactions.

    + Conduct periodic audits of the vault to ensure document integrity and compliance.

    + Coordinate with internal teams to retrieve or archive documents as needed.

    + Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of sensitive materials.

    Scope of Responsibilities:

    + Manage day-to-day document operations within the vault.

    + Independently prioritize tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy.

    + Generate reports on document inventory and transaction activity.

    + Support departmental requests for documentation in a timely manner.

    Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

    + None; individual contributor role.

    Education and Experience Required:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in document management or records custodianship.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.

    + Experience working in a vault, archival, or secure document environment.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
