Job Summary:

Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces? Join our team as aHousekeeping Manager, where your leadership will help ensure our residents, families, and staff enjoy a comfortable and safe environment every day.

What You’ll Do

+ Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.

+ Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.

+ Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

+ Manage schedules, supply inventory, and ensure timely completion of housekeeping tasks.

What We’re Looking For

+ Previous experience inhousekeeping supervision or management, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living.

+ Knowledge of infection prevention and safety prot ocols.

+ Positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to quality service.

+ Ability to manage work schedules; knowledge and understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and regulatory compliances.
