    Qualifications & Experience

    • What You’ll Do:

     

    As a **Retail Shift Lead** , you’ll be the go-to leader on the floor, helping guide and support your team during busy attraction days! You’ll wear many hats—from solving guest issues to coaching team members—and help drive LEGOLAND's signature fun. 🎉

     

    • Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as **Supervisor on Duty** overseeing Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail 🍔🎟️🛍️

    + **Motivate, coach, and support** team members to deliver exceptional guest service 💬🙌

    + Monitor and manage daily assignments for the frontline crew 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️

    + Help **control queues and crowd flow** to keep everything safe and fun 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️➡️

    + Lead training in areas like ride safety, food handling, and retail standards 🎓🧼🛒

    + **Assist with inventory, stock, scheduling** , and more when not duty managing 📦🗓️

    + **Handle guest concerns** with empathy and creativity, turning problems into WOW moments 💡❤️

    • What You Bring to the Build:

    + High School diploma or GED 🎓

    + 6+ months in entertainment, attractions, retail, or customer service preferred 🛍️🎡

    + A **genuine passion** for creating awesome guest experiences for kids and families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

    + Strong communication, leadership, and training skills 💬💼

    + Ability to **energize your team** and have fun while getting the job done! ⚡🎉

    + Have previous experience managing or supervising in a fast-paced environment 🕒
