What You'll Be Doing
**Job Scope:** The Maintenance and Turnaround Cost Controller is responsible for providing cost tracking, reporting, analyzing, and investigation support for daily Maintenance and Turnarounds, both large and small.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
+ Support Turnaround Manager with cost estimate development and lead project control activities throughout all phases to ensure proper cost accounting and allocation
+ Quality control work orders for correct classifications and billing processed upon work completion to facilitate proper closure
+ Own, update, and manage the monthly load plan and expense accruals
+ Review and analyze contractor data for discrepancies and investigate accordingly; work with Contractor Administrator to resolve billing issues.
+ Investigate discrepancies between planned and actual work and provide leadership with feedback as appropriate.
Below is the range that we in good faith believe is the potential compensation for this role at the time of this posting and is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Louisiana. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Hargrove’s total compensation package for Teammates. Actual compensation will be based on education, experience, skill set and location.
Minimum Salary: $52/hr
Maximum Salary: $55/hr
Ideal Background
**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent
**Experience:** 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; chemical manufacturing preferred 3+ years of work experience in a Project Controls related role strongly preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Demonstrated efficiency with Microsoft Office Products, SAP
+ Plant Maintenance experience and knowledge highly preferred
+ Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
