    We are currently seeking a Lab Data Analyst I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Lab Data Analyst I at ICON, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing laboratory data to support clinical research studies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to the overall success of laboratory operations and research outcomes.

     

    Position: Lab Data Analyst I

    What You Will Be Doing:

    + Collecting, organizing, and analyzing laboratory data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

    + Maintaining and updating databases, performing regular data validation and quality control checks.

    + Assisting in the preparation of reports, charts, and presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.

    + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data management and reporting needs for clinical research projects.

    + Contributing to the development and improvement of data collection, management, and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.

    Your Profile:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, biology, or chemistry.

    + 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role, preferably in a laboratory or clinical research environment.

    + Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle and analyze large datasets accurately.

    + Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting team goals and project deadlines.

    Salary range: $51,552.00-$64,440.00

    Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level. You may be eligible for a bonus, stock compensation and commissions in some cases depending on your role and performance.
