    •** **Key Responsibilities

    + Provide support to **outside sales reps** and **broker partners**

    + Manage **customer accounts** , maintain CRM and sales pipeline

    + Handle **inbound calls and emails** with professionalism and urgency

    + Perform accurate **data entry** , lead tracking, and reporting

    + Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction

    + Collaborate with the sales team to improve internal processes

    •** **Qualifications

    + Minimum **1 year** in **customer service** , **sales support** , or **administrative roles**

    + Strong **data entry** , **math** , and **computer skills** (CRM experience a plus)

    + Excellent **communication** , **multitasking** , and **problem-solving** abilities

    + Highly **organized** , **detail-oriented** , and **self-motivated**

    + **$20/hour + commission** | **Weekly pay**
